No Products in the Cart
The company offers exchange or return of the product only in case of a manufacturing defect, sizing mismatch or damage to the product in transit. The Company offers replacement/ exchange of eligible Products ordered on the Website. However, there are certain products such as Books, Baby diapers, Furniture, all DIY kits, Flash cards, Kids underwear and inners, and Hygiene products or products which are implicitly specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website in the Product description of the product, for which we do not offer a replacement or exchange. We do not offer any returns/exchange on any products that are available at a discount on our store.
The Company offers easy Return and refund process.
1.To return for exchange/replacement of your order, please mail us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and the reason for return.
2.If the request is approved, we will give details and instructions on the pickup of your order via email.
1.We do provide reverse pick up at selected pin codes. In this case the shipment reaches back to us within 7-14 days owing to courier company policy. Do let us know if the reverse pick up is successful or has not been done. If the courier service is unable to pick-up after two attempts, then it is your responsibility to ship it back to us. Unfortunately, some pin codes may not be eligible for a reverse pick up, in this case we request that you send us the product by shipping it yourself and we will credit 100 INR to your store account. This can be redeemed on your next purchase to us. This is the fastest way to reach the product to us and have your replacement sent back to you.
2.If you ship the product yourself, we request you to use a reputable shipping company that offers tracking codes/ numbers that you can share with us and label your parcel clearly. Mention the address provided to you in the email on the front of the parcel. Also Mention your name and order number clearly on the package so that your return can be processed smoothly.
3.To be eligible for a return, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received, in its original packaging with original tags intact.
4.Please note that if an incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to Company’s Logistic Partners, the Company shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such product while in transit or otherwise.
5.After sending the shipment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing the shipment details.
6.Once the original Product(s) has been received at the Company’s Facility and the quality check has been carried out, your replacement/exchange Product will be shipped to your given address within 7 to 15 days from the date of return of the original Product.
1.In case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
2.We can give you a store credit in your account for the same value of the returned product. This can be redeemed in full value on the website. These credits may lapse at a predetermined time which will be clearly mentioned for you to see.
3.Your funds can also be refunded to source of payment. This is whichever whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction at lilthugs.in. Refund will reflect in the original source of payment between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.
4.For COD returns, funds will be refunded only to your store account. These will be visible for you at checkout and will be able to apply these funds at checkout at the time of placing your next order with us.
